We started off the day with self-selected reading. After that we looked at some EQAO testing problems. We had a roller coaster problem about the discombobulator. We also had a an activity day report to write. Our answers are getting much much better. We are starting to take evidence from the text and her own opinions to answer thoroughly. Next, we had French.
After First Nutrition break, we had our science fair look around. There were some great great projects! You can come see them tonight with your family. We also had Name That Tune in French. I don’t think we did that well. Also, we had music.
After II nutrition break we worked on a parallelogram area problem. Most kids did very well. To end the day we worked on our board games. Remember to read for 20 minutes tonight
We started the day with self-selected reading. After that, we looked at our apps for learning Scopes. We are going to go visit KCI tomorrow so we wanted to make sure that we had everything up to date. We also had Jim and French.
After second nutrition break, we looked at some different decimal activities. Then, we went to the library. After that, we looked at some different probability questions from the EQAO.
After second nutrition break, we finished in activity on reflections 4 transformational geometry. Next, we had our read aloud. It looks like there’s been an avalanche!

We started off the day with sounds like reading. After that we worked on our equal reading. We read a story about fly fishing and tried to answer questions using direct evidence from the text. We also had French.
After first nutrition break we did a math talk on some fractions and decimals. Then, we had music. After that, we worked on a transitional geometry page on rotations.
After second nutrition break, we continue to work on our transitional geometry page. Then, we had gym.
